  • Yes, all of our therapists can work with you if you are choosing to pay out of pocket. We also have Graduate Level Interns that offer discounted rates. Reach out for more specific pricing.

  • Yes, we offer virtual sessions. Let your therapist know you want to have your sessions online.

  • How often you meet is up to you and your therapist. Usually, sessions occur once a week or every other week.

  • We do not prescribe medication as therapists. We can, however, help you connect with a Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who can prescribe medication.

  • The letters behind a therapist’s name can describe their training. For example:

    LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor

    MFT – Marriage and Family Therapist

    LPC-IT – LPC in Training
